Dear Friends,
Thank you for choosing My Father's World curriculum!
The heart of My Father's World is “to raise up generations of families who see the world through God’s eyes and live according to that knowledge.” Part of this vision is fulfilled in our commitment to help fund Bible translation around the world. We work closely with the Institute for Bible Translation-Russia (IBT), the organization we (David and Marie Hazell) worked for during the eight years we lived in Russia. Did you know that of the 6,912 languages in the world…….
• Only 438 have a Bible
• Only 1,168 have a New Testament
• 2,251 have no Bible translation in process
However, this is changing every day because of the prayers and investments of people like you. In 2008 IBT actively worked on translation projects in 34 languages of people living in Russia and its surrounding countries. Twelve Bible projects were completed, including the first ever New Testament in Avar, spoken by 800,000 in Dagestan, and audio-recordings of Bible books in two languages.
God’s Word is powerful and transforms lives, and that is why My Father's World is committed to Bible translation. Even if missionaries are forced to leave a country, God’s Word remains to reach non-believers and strengthen believers.
(We would like to invite you to join us and many others who support Bible translation through God’s Word for the Nations. Since 2003, My Father's World and our friends have given more than $600,000 for Bible translation. (Download a God’s Word for the Nations brochure.)
We hope you and your children will consider becoming involved in this effort. Through God’s Word for the Nations you may adopt a specific language project that you pray for and contribute to regularly. Or you may give money for “the most urgent need.” Your contributions and prayers are an important part of even greater progress in Bible translation for people groups in Russia, Central Asia, and beyond. Tax deductible gifts are made payable to God’s Word for the Nations and sent to God’s Word for the Nations, P.O. Box 1259, Rolla, MO 65402. (Printable Donation Form (PDF))

How exciting it will be when every person has the Bible in their own language!
For His Kingdom,
We want to give you and your children the privilege of being involved in this effort. You may contact us to adopt a specific language project that you pray for and contribute to regularly. Or you may give money for “the most urgent need.” Your contributions and prayers are an important part of even greater progress in Bible translation for people groups in the former Soviet Union and beyond. We send 100% of your contributions to projects; My Father's World pays for any stateside administrative needs. Gifts are tax deductible; checks payable to God’s Word for the Nations
