Return Policy

SUBMITTING A RETURN

To start a return, call our office at (573) 202-2000.

Complete packages and items purchased individually will receive a refund for the purchase price (after applicable coupons and discounts) if they are received within 90 days from date of purchase in new, undamaged, and resalable condition. Shipping costs are not refundable and customers are responsible for the shipping cost when returning items. Redeemed coupons cannot be reactivated.

My Father's World complete curriculum packages are considered single items. All individual component items in the curriculum package (with the exception of High School package with DECLARE Coaching — see below) must be returned before a refund will be issued. Complete package contents lists can be found at the respective curriculum package pages.

The refunded amount is credited back using the original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 7 days after we receive the returned items in their entirety. Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. This may take up to 30 days depending on your method of payment.


ELECTRONIC MEDIA, MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

We cannot refund World Book Student Online or Online Student Guides for Economics for Life. Electronic media (CDs, DVDs, CD-ROMs, and computer software) that are not in the original unopened factory packaging cannot be refunded.

Recorders are non-returnable.

Returns of DECLARE Coaching are available from My Father's World until the parent/student groups begin. After that time, you will need to contact Unbound directly for return information. If DECLARE Coaching is returned and the rest of the package is kept, My Father's World will refund $350 for DECLARE Coaching. The standard 90 day return policy continues to apply to the package.


RETURNS FOR SCHOOL ORDERS

Base Class Sets (Teacher's Sets) may be returned if they are received within 45 days from date of purchase in new, undamaged, and resalable condition. Class Add-ons (Classroom Student Sets/Student Materials) are not returnable. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

Before submitting a return, call our office at (573) 202-2000.

Pack the items being returned in a sturdy box with plenty of packing materials (not newspaper) to protect the product from damage during shipping. Enclose a copy of your Return Authorization to expedite the returns process.

Returns received without a Return Authorization will take longer to process.

Please use the address label provided with your Return Authorization. If you are unable to print your Return Authorization, please include your Full Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number, and Return Authorization Number inside your package.

We suggest that you ship your package by UPS or FedEx. Small packages may be returned through the U.S.Mail (USPS). Consider insuring the package for its full value as you are responsible should the item be damaged or lost during the return shipment.
